Description
12 Market Street is an early 18th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It features three windows facing the Market Place and two windows on the rendered side facing Market Street. The building is distinguished by rustic quoins and a moulded eaves cornice. It has a hipped slate roof at the corner and three brick chimneys. The ground floor includes two early 20th-century shop fronts with panelled pilasters and an angled corner door between them. There is a house door located on the right side in Market Street. Notably, the Market Street front displays a sundial dated "I.F. MDCCXXXVII" at the first-floor level.
