Description

No. 3 Mill Brow is a building from the 18th or 19th century that stands three storeys tall. It is constructed of rubble and has a slate roof, featuring two chimneys and quoins. The windows have plain stone surrounds, with the second-floor window being coupled. The windows are sashed. There are blocked doorways with plain stone surrounds facing Horse Market. Additionally, there is a staircase window on Mill Brow that has glazing bars in the upper half.
