Description

Nos 6 and 8 Horse Market are a pair of cottages dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century. They are two storeys high and constructed of coursed rubble with a slate roof. No 8 features one chimney and a plinth. The windows have plain stone surrounds, with those on No 8 being sashed and retaining all their glazing bars. There are three doorways in line, all with plain stone surrounds, with the central doorway serving as a passage entrance. The doors are modern. The rear of No 6 has been completely altered.
