Description
Cross Cottage is a two-storey building, likely dating to the 18th century, situated on the north side of Mill Brow. It is constructed of rubble with a slate roof and features two chimneys. The front elevation has three windows with plain reveals and sash glazing. One window has a single light and a double chamfer. A small, unmoulded Gothic window is located at the rear. The building was formerly embattled, according to historical records.
