Description
N. and B. Pringle's is an 18th-century building located on the north side of Market Place. It stands three storeys tall with a single window on the main facade, and there is a modern single-storey extension with four windows to the right. The gable end features modern weatherboarding and felting, indicating a reduction in height. The building is constructed from painted coursed and squared rubble, topped with a pantile roof that includes one brick chimney. There is a casement window situated under the eaves, and the first floor has glazing bar sash windows, one of which features a dropped keystone. The ground floor has a 20th-century shop front.
