Description
North Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 18th century. The front and right side are constructed from close-jointed squared stone, while the other walls are made of rubble with cut dressings. It has a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks that have been rebuilt on old bases. The house is two storeys high and has three bays. There is a central door that has been renewed, located inside a 20th-century conservatory, with a blind window above it. The outer bays feature 4-pane sash windows in their original openings. The gables of the tall, steeply-pitched roof have raised coping, and there are end stacks. The right side of the house has a central arched stair window with renewed glazing, while the left side shows two inserted 4-pane sashes and a blocked upper doorway. The rear elevation includes a central 20th-century porch and 4-pane sash windows. The added porch and conservatory are not considered of interest.
