Description
This lodge, located approximately 200 yards north of Lorbottle Hall, was built around 1790. It is constructed of dressed stone with a plinth and features a Lakeland slate roof. The building is single storey and has three bays, with a six-panelled door set in a slightly projecting pedimented central bay. There are four-bay sash windows and a moulded cornice. The gabled roof has flat coping that is finely moulded on the outer edges, and there is a central cornice ridge stack.
