Description
South Lodge to Callaly Castle is a lodge dated 1844 for Edward Clavering. It is constructed of ashlar stone with wooden columns and has a Welsh slate roof. The building is single-storey and square, featuring three bays with a central boarded door and a datestone above. It has 2-light mullioned windows with diamond-paned casements. The hipped roof has eaves that project to form a veranda around the building, supported by four columns on each side. There are terracotta chimney pots on a low stone base.
