Description

This is a late 19th-century facade applied to an earlier 18th-century stone house located at 11 Market Street. The building is two stories high and has three windows. It is constructed of ashlar with a lightly hammered finish and has a slate roof with a brick chimney. The windows are sash windows with few glazing bars. A through passage is located to the left of the property, leading to a garage. There is a good contemporary shop front featuring three arched windows and a recessed door with a rectangular glazed light above, alongside a window to the right. Numbers 1 to 15 (odd) form a group, with number 1 holding local interest.
