Description

This is a late 19th-century front applied to an earlier 18th-century stone house, with a brick extension to the rear. The building is three storeys high and has three windows. The front is constructed of ashlar, featuring cill bands, window surrounds, and a moulded cornice that continues from the adjacent building at No. 7. The first and second floors have glazing bar sash windows, with single-hung sashes on the second floor. The ground floor windows have plate glass, and a plain glazed door is located to the right. A six-panel door with a rectangular window above leads to the through passage on the left. The ground floor has been painted. Numbers 1 to 15 (odd numbers) form a group, with No. 1 being of local interest.
