NUNNYKIRK WINGATES NZ 09 SE 13/56 Wingate Moor Farmhouse and attached farmbuildings II

House with shelter sheds and granary. Early C18, possibly dated 1727 on worn lintel. Dressed stone, Welsh slate and stone slate roofs. L-plan.

House: 2 storeys, 3 bays with panelled door and sash windows in slightly- chamfered surrounds. Steeply-pitched roof with reverse-stepped coping and corniced end stacks; single-storey, one-bay coal house to left. Recessed 2- storey, one-bay section to right is the front of the rear range.

Shelter sheds and granary to rear. 2 storeys, 5 bays. 2 elliptical arches left and 2 right of central stone stairs to granary. On lst floor boarded door to granary flanked by slatted windows. Steeply-pitched roof with reverse- stepped gables.
