Description
Moor Top Farmhouse and the attached farm buildings date from the early 19th century. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed stone with block dressings and quoins, topped by a stone slate roof. It features a double parallel range plan with end stacks. The front of the house is two stories high and has four windows, with a central single-storey flat-roofed porch. The windows are glazing bar sashes, and there is a boarded door with a dressed surround and a blocking course above it. To the left, there is an approximately two-bay farm range. The double gables to the right have raised horizontal banding, the purpose of which is unknown.
