Wall, Coach House And Cart Shed Adjoining North Return Of Park End

This structure consists of a wall with an attached former coach house and cart shed, now used as a garage and storage. It dates from the early 19th century and features different builds. The wall is made of squared stone with dressings and has a tall flat-coped design that runs north for approximately 40 meters along the north return of Park End. The coach house, located in the center, is a single-storey L-plan building with four bays and a one-bay return against the wall. It includes two elliptical arches, a six-panel door, two sash windows, and a low-pitched hipped roof with two ridge stacks. The single-storey cart shed at the north end has five segmental arches supported by square-plan piers, although two of the archways are now blocked. The cart shed also features a hipped roof. This structure is included for its group value.
