Description
The coach house and cart shed, built in the early 19th century, is constructed from red and vitreous brick with rusticated brick quoins and tiled roofs. The building features three single-storey central bays, flanked by two-storey gabled bays. The central bay has a gable that includes a clock and a wooden bell-cote with a lead roof. There are four carriage entries with board doors, a paired barred wooden casement with small panes and a board door in the left bay, and smaller paired wooden casements in the upper storey of the outer bays. All openings have segmental heads. Attached to the right is a lower three-bay cart shed.
