Description
This is a late 18th-century barn located near Stokenchurch, Ibstone. It is constructed of brick in English bond and has an old tile roof. The barn has three bays, with the central bay featuring a gabled projection for cart access. Catslide roofs extend from the flanking bays. The gables and rear elevation include blocked vent slits, and the rear has a central pair of double doors. Inside, the barn has curved principal trusses, supported by slender raking struts to the lower purlins. A lower section is located at the far end of the barn, containing a central stable door.
