Description
The Cott is a house that dates from the 17th to early 18th century, with a later bay added to the front and a 19th-century extension projecting to the right. The original bay features a timber frame with brick infill, which is whitewashed on the left side. The front bay is made of brick, rendered at the front, and also whitewashed. The 19th-century bay is constructed from flint and brick, rendered and whitewashed at the front. The building has old tile roofs, gabled on the left and hipped on the right, along with brick chimneys. It stands two storeys tall with two bays at the front. The windows are wooden casements, with three lights on the ground floor and two lights above. There is a 20th-century door located in a rendered gabled porch to the left of the right bay.
