BELFORD WEST STREET NU 1033 (South side) 19/136 No. 1 22.12.69 GV II House. Late C18. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof. Renewed brick chimneys. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 3 steps, with C20 handrails,up to central panelled door with overlight. 12-pane sash windows. Steeply-pitched roof, gabled on right with end stack, flat coping and kneelers. On left joined to return of No. 2 High Street (q.v.).
