Description

Haughton Villa is a later 19th-century villa designed in a classical style. The building has two storeys and features three windows. It has a low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate. The exterior is constructed of red brick, accented with raised quoins and a dentil cornice made of yellowish-white brick. On the first floor, there are sash windows set beneath stone lintels. The villa has canted bays that are flanked by pilasters and an entablature, which surround a four-panel door with an oblong fanlight, all situated in a very shallow Tuscan prostyle porch. This building is included for its group value.
