Description

Later 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay villa with single storey entrance block recessed to right, (E), porch in re-entrant angle, classical details. Squared and coursed cream sandstone, ashlar dressings. Base course; lintel/eaves course; bracketted overhanging eaves; chamfered arrises to windows.

S (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: block recessed to right with decorative timber porch in re-entrant angle and window flanking to right. Columnar porch with paired brackets to cornice, openwork parapet with angle dies. Main block advanced to left, advanced tripartite window with parapet to right at ground. Corniced bipartite window to left. 2 symmetrically disposed windows at 1st floor.

Plate glass sash and case windows. Piended grey slate roof; rendered and coped end stacks, moulded cans.
