Description

No. 2 Mechanics' Yard is an early 18th-century, two-storey building featuring a four-window layout. The front has a tall parapet and is currently covered in modern rendering with incised lines. The first-floor windows have flush box frames beneath cambered arches, with early 19th-century sashes on the left that have delicate bars, while the right side has replaced sashes. The ground floor windows have been altered. There is a six-panel door with an oblong fanlight.
