Description

No. 13 High Row is a long 18th-century building, dated 1767 on the rainwater head and featuring the initials I.P. It stands three storeys tall and has six bays. The structure is made of local pinkish brick, arranged in a bond of five courses of stretchers alternating with one course of headers. The window arches are made of gauged flat bricks. The windows vary, with some being horizontal sliding sashes and others being 19th-century one-bar casements. The ground floor has been significantly altered and includes a loading door in the second bay from the right. There is also an elliptical headed window on the west gable end that has a 17th-century appearance.
