Description

This sundial, located on the lawn 10 metres south of Rokeby Grove, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is made of cut sandstone and iron. The sundial features a square shaft with a moulded cap that supports a large faceted block with 11 faces, each displaying a dial and gnomon.
