BRANCEPETH NORTH DRIVE NZ 2237 22303764 (South side, off) Brancepeth Park 15/27 Bastion 30 metres south of Brancepeth Castle GV II Bastion. Early-mid C19. Dressed sandstone with tooled ashlar coping. Semicircular-plan bastion built as garden feature into steep valley side. Slightly-projecting embattled parapet with chamfered coping. Short return walls at ends. Included for group value.
