NEWBIGGIN B6277 NY 92 NW (North side) 14/149 Milestone c.100 metres west of Brockersgill Sike GV II Milestone. Probably c.1830 for London Lead Company. Painted ashlar slab c.0.6 metre high with slightly chamfered front and segmental top. ALSTON 20 and MIDDLETON 2 incised and painted black in Roman capitals on front.
