FOREST AND FRITH B6277 (North side) NY82NE 13/43 Milestone at Hanging Shaw II Mile-stone. Probably c. 1830 for London Lead Company. Painted ashlar slab c. 0.6 metre high, with chamfered round top. ALSTON 16 MIDDLETON 6 incised and painted in Roman capitals on front.
