Description

COTHERSTONE LARTINGTON LANE NZ 01 NW (North side,off) 32/51 Pecknell Farmhouse 12/1/67 (formerly listed in the Civil Parish of Lartington as Pecknell) GV II Large farmhouse. Late C18 with early C19 alterations. Incised rendered front, dressed stone returns and coursed rubble rear. Stone-flagged roof and stone chimney stacks. Main block with gabled wing attached to rear of right return; house entered from right return.

2 storeys, 3 wide bays with flush quoins and first-floor band. End bays break forward and have 2-storey canted bay windows. Central 4-pane sash on ground floor and 16-pane sash above. Roof with coped gables and shaped kneelers. End stacks and ridge stack with top bands. Right return partly-glazed 4-panel door in flush surround. Set-back, one-storey pent outshutattachedto left return.

Attachedrear wing with replaced sashes.
