Description
This is a four-storey corner building made of bathstone, with some Pennant stone, and a Portland stone ground floor. The corner bay features three windows topped with a lead steeple that has small windows. On the Austin Friars side, the second and third floors contain seven windows, with the central window on the third floor having a pediment and balcony. The first floor includes a central oriel window. The Commercial Street elevation has a similar design with four windows and a pedimental gable over the central bays. The ground floor has a later Portland stone front in a simple Classical style, featuring a deep cornice and alternating paired and single Tuscan half-columns.
