Description

Four storey corner block, bathstone with some Pennant stone; Portland stone ground floor. Corner bay of 3 windows with lead steeple with small windows. To Austin Friars, second and third floors have 7 windows; third floor central window with pediment and balcony; first floor has central oriel window. Similar treatment to four window Commercial Street elevation, with pedimental gable over central bays. On ground floor, later Portland stone front in simple Classical style; deep cornice, alternating paired and single Tuscan half-columns.
