Description

The water trough near Llangattock Court is a roadside niche constructed from random rock-faced conglomerate rubble, with some stones neatly squared. Inside the niche, there is a large rough stone trough and a water spout, which has an inscribed panel above it. The coping of the niche is ramped up with roughly cut voussoir stones in the center, while the lower wing walls project forward.
