Description

This early gravestone, located in the churchyard of the Church of St. Cadoc, is classified as a Grade II listed structure. It features a primitive headstone and footstone carved from sandstone. The headstone displays a relief of an angel with extended wings, complemented by circular motifs at the corners, creating a wavy top. The upper line of 17th-century style lettering can be seen, although the remainder is buried in the ground. The footstone includes larger circular motifs that are positioned closer together, with a smaller and taller roundel situated in between them.
