Description
21 St. James' Square is a Grade II listed building featuring a rendered and painted exterior with a decorative band at the first floor and a Welsh slate roof topped with a red brick chimney stack. This single fronted, double depth house has an entrance located to the right. It stands three storeys tall and consists of one window bay. The ground floor includes a projecting bay window, likely a later 19th-century addition, which has a tripartite plate glass sash supported by brackets. The doorway on the right side has a four-panel door and a flat hood with pendants. The first floor window is a 10 over 10 pane sash, while the second floor window has a 3 over 3 configuration. The roof has a low pitch and features a chimney stack on the left gable. The rear elevation has not been observed. The interior was not seen during the resurvey.
