Description

Nos. 7 and 9 Chippenhamgate Street Roughcast render with plinth and cornice band, Welsh slate roofs. Double depth cottages, No. 7 is double fronted, but on a sharp curve, No. 9 is straight fronted and has a right hand door. Two storeys, five windows in all, three to No. 7 and two to No. 9, have double hung sashes with 6 over 6 panes. Small broken pediment hoods on brackets to both doors, the doors are C20 replacement ones with two panels below and 3 x 3 panes above. Very shallow pitch roof with ridge stacks at either end and between the houses. Rear elevation largely altered.

Interior not inspected at resurvey, but it is evident that the rooms will be very small.
