Description

Hawkpoint is a terrace house built in the Gothick style, attached to buildings on either side. The walls are rendered, with a smooth finish at the front and pebbledash on the sides, and it has a machine-tiled roof. The house stands three storeys tall. The windows are metal-framed casements set in lancet-headed reveals, featuring Gothick leaded glazing. There are two windows on the top floors and three on the ground floor. To the right, there is a similar arched doorway, although the door has been replaced. The interior of the house has been completely modernised.
