Description

The North Pergola at Mounton House is a 19th-century structure designed as an approach feature to the house. It consists of rockfaced rubble limestone piers topped with stone tiles, and it has a hipped roof at the center. The pergola features square piers, dwarf walls, and beams supporting triangular tiled roofing. It is located in an open square at the end of the entrance drive.
