MILTON-UNDER-WYCHWOOD HIGH STREET SP 2618-2718 (south-east side) 6/32 No 41 (The Terrace House) front boundary wall and - 2 pairs of gatepiers - II

House set-back from road, front boundary wall and flanking pairs of gatepiers. Early-mid C19. Rubble with raised corner piers and dressings (formerly rendered); hipped tile roof with ashlar end-wall stacks. Villa-type. 1:3 bays, the left-hand in slight break, glazing bar sash windows; right-hand part has central Tuscan porch, 4-panel door with transom light. Low front boundary wall of cut and squared rubble with ashlar coping ramped up to pairs of ball-capped gatepiers at each end.
