Description

MILTON-UNDER-WYCHWOOD CHURCH ROAD SP 2618-2718 (west side) 6/24 - Inns Keep GV II House. Dated "G/JE/1729". Freestone front with rusticated quoins, Cotswold stone roof, ashlar end chimney to left. Two storeys and attic, central gabled dormer, 2 windows, 2-light edge-chamfer mullion windows with cornices, leaded casements and cast-iron stays. Central first floor oval panel with insert perhaps of slate. Central C20 ledged door with raised surround and bay. Probably a quarry-master's house.
