It has a two-window range of 12-pane horned sashes with narrow glazing bars set in reveals. The doorway is located on the right and has a 6-panelled door, a divided overlight, and a bracketed hood. This house is continuous with the similar two-window range on the side elevation of 1 Old Market Street, which has a hipped roof on the right side.
