Description

This is a pair of attached cottages, built in the 18th century and stepped forward from the right-hand side. The cottages are rendered (covered with a smooth material), painted, and have a slate roof with a short brick ridge and chimney stacks at each end. Each cottage features a single 12-pane sash window on each floor, and a wide doorway on the right with a bracketed hood and a 6-panelled door. There is a plinth at the base of the walls. These cottages are recognised for their group value.
