Description
The SW Roundhouse at Roundhouse Farm is a circular tower built from rubble, featuring a slightly battered base with walls approximately 1.2 metres thick. The structure is semi-ruinous, especially on the northwest side. It originally had three storeys but now stands at two. The tower has narrow rectangular windows, some of which are fitted with iron grilles, along with stone sills and lintels. The doorway is oriented away from the farmyard. Inside, the building retains a cellar and part of a stone stair that curves around the inner wall.
