Description
35 Garden Suburbs is part of a longer terrace consisting of six houses, numbered 29 to 39. The houses are pebbledashed with hipped tiled roofs and swept eaves, featuring three brick ridge stacks. They are two storeys high and have a symmetrical design. The central cottages, numbered 31 and 33, as well as 35 and 37, each have pairs of half-height gables. The first floor has a single range of three-light cambered-arched leaded casements with brick sills, while the ground floor has similar square-headed windows. All the glazing has been renewed. The entrance porches are paired gabled, with a single pitch for No 31. At either end, Nos 39 and 29 have similar two-light windows on the first floor and four-light windows on the ground floor, most of which have also been renewed. The end porches, particularly the one for No 29, retain swept eaves and tile kneelers.
