Description

This is a circular iron pillar box located at the northeast corner of the Town Hall, dating from the early 20th century. It features a fluted rim and a shallow domed cap. The frieze has "POST OFFICE" lettering and includes a letter opening, along with a moulded base. The curved door is embossed with the crowned monogram "E VII R".
