Description

This is a statue and plinth dedicated to Henry Seymour Berry, located in Merthyr Tydfil. The statue is a black-painted bronze figure depicting Berry in full robes, wearing a cocked hat, with a parchment held in his right hand. The figure stands on a moulded pink granite plinth that features an inscription stating: "Henry Seymour Berry, Baron Buckland of Bwlch, Hon. Freeman of the Co. Borough of Merthyr Tydfil. Born 1877 - Died 1928. Erected by Public Subscription."
