Description
This is a two-storey corner house, likely dating to the 20th century, built with unpainted roughcast rendering and a slate roof that curves closely to the eaves. The front elevation features a single window range facing Lower Row, with a further single window range on the corner. The upper windows are currently boarded over, while the lower windows have 20th-century 12-pane glazing. Both the windows and the 20th-century half-glazed front door are set within plain raised surrounds. The ground floor windows have thick stone sills, while the upper floor windows have thinner sills. The building has not been inspected internally.
