Description

This is a two-storey house, likely dating to the 18th century. The front facade is of low, unpainted roughcast, with a slate roof that has a close eaves line. On the first floor is a 16-pane sash window, though it previously had 12 panes in 1977. Below this, to the left, is a 20th-century boarded door, and to the right a 20th-century tripartite sash window. In 1977, the ground floor window was a single sash. A stone sill is present beneath the first-floor window, while a concrete sill is under the ground-floor window. A raised plinth is also visible. The property has not been inspected internally.
