Description
This is a terraced house, likely dating to the 18th century, with an unpainted roughcast exterior, a slate roof with overhangs, and a short red brick stack on the left end. The north-facing front has a simple double-fronted design with plate glass sash windows from the 20th century throughout, painted slate sills, and a central door. There are two windows on each of the three floors, with the upper windows being half-length. A blank central opening is located between the upper windows. A half-glazed door is centrally positioned, and a boarded door is located at the extreme right. In 1977, the main windows were sash windows with glazing bars. The rear of the house features a narrow, whitewashed external passage against the bank behind, with a rear wing carried over on a brick half-vault. The house was not inspected, but it is said to have a narrow interior with a central stair rising from the rear. The interior has been modernised. A 1977 listing description noted a ground floor eastern room featuring a small iron grate with a round-arched opening, and six-panel doors.
