Description
Sam's Public House, formerly known as the Terminus Hotel, is a three-storey building constructed in stucco with a hipped slate roof that is set behind a parapet. The front facing St Mary Street features three windows, which are 12-pane sashes on both the first and second floors. There is also a splayed corner bay with 12-pane sashes on the first and second floors. On the Mill Lane side, there are three 12-pane sashes on the first floor, while the lower block has two windows on each floor that are not aligned. The ground floor has a restored or replica public house front, complete with a fascia board, pilasters, and small-pane sash windows.
