Description

The former Perkins Bros. Warehouses on Mill Lane is a gabled warehouse building that has been rendered and painted. It stands five storeys tall and features a loading door in the gable apex. Each floor has five camber-headed sash windows. The ground floor has a modern continental-style café front. The long side elevation is made of brick and also has camber-headed windows, topped with a slate roof. The building has not been inspected.
