Description

Griffiths is a former house that has been converted into offices. It is a three-storey building with a three-window front, designed in the Italianate style. The exterior is finished in stucco and features a deep bracketed cornice, with banded pilasters at the ends and a banded ground floor. The top floor has three 4-pane hornless sash windows. On the first floor, there are three sash windows, each with bracketed cornices. The ground floor includes a doorway to the left with a shallow rectangular overlight, and to the right, there are two sash windows.
