Description
Nos. 25-33 is a terrace of nine three-storey houses that have been converted into offices. The buildings are constructed of red brick with painted stucco dressings. The end houses project slightly from the main line of the terrace. They feature a modillion cornice and a parapet. The second-floor windows are segmental-headed and adorned with stucco, including keystones. The windows generally have 4-pane sash glazing. On the first floor, the window architraves are stuccoed with shouldered designs and keystones, also typically featuring 4-pane sash glazing. Originally, there were iron railed balconies on the first floor, but these remain only on Nos. 30, 31, and 32. A stucco band runs above the ground floor, and the ground floor openings are offset from those above. The wide ground floor windows are detailed with quoins and keystones. The doorways are round-headed, stuccoed, and include stuccoed keystones, pilasters, spandrels, and cornices. Most doorways are located on the north side, except for No. 33, which has a doorway on the right-hand (south) side.
