Description
The ruined windmill tower stands over one storey high and has a round plan, constructed from rubble stone. At the first floor level, there are recesses that may have served as putlog holes, and the masonry above these recesses is slightly set back. There are opposed door openings at ground level on the north and south sides, both featuring segmental arched heads. To the northwest, at a slightly higher level, there is another tall opening under a segmental arched head with voussoirs. On the east side, there are three small openings, and on the west side, there is a small opening at ground level with a stone lintel. Inside, no features are preserved, but recesses in the internal walls may be related to machinery.
