Description

Main south elevation seen only from the street at resurvey (October 2003). Rendered and painted over local rubblestone with thatched roof and red brick stack. One storey and attic single depth cottage. Two-light wooden casement windows, boarded door, both under timber lintels, but the details are uncertain. Roof thatched in the West Country manner with a decorated ridge, thatch swept over left hand dormer. Rear elevation with a casement window on either side of a gabled porch and a eyebrow dormer above against the stack. Low, limestone rubble boundary wall runs forward from right end of house to enclose large rectangular forecourt with second pedestrian gateway to front.
